Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) and English as a Second Language (ESL)
Classes are available for beginner to intermediate learners (CLB levels Literacy–6) and focus on building skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing—all in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
About the Program – The LINC and ESL program helps permanent residents and refugees improve their English for everyday life, work, and preparing for Canadian citizenship.
Before starting, participants take a Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test (CLBPT) to find the class level that’s right for them.

- In person studies at 85 Church St. in St. Catharines.
- Monday to Friday from 9 am – 3:30 pm
